The Boston Harbor Project cost approximately four billion dollars, a twelve year undertaking that involved the design and construction of a waste water treatment plant located on Deer Island in Boston Harbor. It has the capacity to treat one billion gallons of sewerage per day from the City of Boston and 35 surrounding communities.

ASEC Corporation has been providing resident engineering, inspection, cost estimating, document control, logistics and other construction administration services to Earth Tech, Inc. (formerly ICF Kaiser Engineers) on the Construction Management contract for the MWRA’s massive Boston Harbor Cleanup Project since 1989.
